Payment Options

Family Dentist Tree follows the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide to ensure our pricing remains fair, consistent, and in line with provincial standards.

We accept Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) coverage and provide direct billing to most insurance companies for your convenience. Payment plan arrangements are also available if you’d prefer to spread out costs over time. For your convenience, we accept debit, credit, and cheque payments.

Do you see children and families?

Yes, we welcome patients of all ages. Families often appreciate the comfort of having everyone’s care under one roof.

When should my child have their first dental visit?

We recommend bringing your child in by their first birthday or when their first tooth appears. Early visits help little ones feel comfortable and allow us to track healthy development.

How long will my first appointment take?

For a comprehensive exam, please plan for about 90 to 120 minutes. This gives us time for your cleaning, x-rays, exam, and 3D imaging, plus unhurried time to talk through your goals and questions.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring your ID, insurance card (if applicable), and a list of any medications you take. That’s it; we’ll handle the rest.

What if I’m anxious about dental care?

Our environment is designed to put you at ease, with private rooms, a calming atmosphere, and a compassionate team that takes time to listen. We also offer sedation options to help you relax.

What amenities are available during my visit?

From ceiling-mounted TVs with Netflix to noise-canceling headsets, iPads for kids, and a beverage station, we’ve thought of every detail to make your experience relaxing.
